Lastly, to all the couples who took part, may the Lord makes u to be the light in this church and in ur family circles that His glory may be gloriously shown forth. Amen. Posted by Hello

Bro SH & sis Emily were given a token of appreciation from the church for a job well done in conducting this marriage seminar. Lets keep this family in prayer for God's annointing to be generously poured forth so that they can become an even greater blessing to the church. Posted by Hello

Each couple received a jar of potpourri - according to bro SH, a symbol of a Christian couple...I can't remember the details already. Can anyone fill me in? Posted by Hello

I think bro Johnny made the perfect compliment for his wife - as "his missing rib". That's so romantic, man.  Posted by Hello

Bro Francis brought tears to my eyes with his vow. Like him, it was my wife who brought me to know the Lord and God's love. I think that's the most awesome accomplishment for any bro or sis in Christ - to be able to bring their loved ones to the love of God. Hallelujah! Posted by Hello

Bro SH & sis Emily make the most in-loved couple. U can literally smell the love they have for each other. Most examplary. Posted by Hello

Brother Liew is a natural gentleman. He is classy and like a rock. While his beloved is truly a lady in every area. I vote them as the most admired couple. Posted by Hello

I vote Irene's vow as the most humourous. The degree she is willing to bear from the husband is increadible. She professed her love even if the husband is "out of shape" (take a hint, Kenny!) Guess that's why Kenny was sobbing all the way! This couple has been a blessing to many of us. Posted by Hello

Out of all the 10 stories we heard, I though this Mynmar couple was the most tear-jerky type. Epic in proportion. But all ended well. God bless them.

Update: I have posted Dr Thura's testimony here. Posted by Hello

I don't have all the pix yet since most were shot in conventional films which would require time to be processed then converted into digital format...all very tedious...hmm...good reason for me to convince my wife its time to upgrade my digital camera gear ;) Posted by Hello

I noticed our Senior Pastor was dressed in an unusual attire...Later on, pastor clarified it was from Mynmar and it was the type used specifically for wedding function. Notice the other pastor was dressed unusually too... Posted by Hello

This morning the church looked a bit different. With balloons and ribbons hanging all over the place plus a red carpet too! After all, we got 10 couples who renewed their marriage vow this morning. First time for me to experience such an event, and boy, it was awesome. Posted by Hello

Baby Alyssa

Unlike the old man...the mom radiated her love and care for the new born.
Since u guys are in States and I am in Swak, allow me to pray this prayer over Alyssa: The LORD bless u and keep u; the LORD make His face shine upon u, and be gracious to you; the LORD lift up His counternance upon you, and give u peace. May Alyssa grow up in the love of God Almighty to be a light and a blessing to the world, shining the glory of our Lord Jesus Christ. Amen. Posted by Hello

Congratulation to my buddy Colin!!! O...look at that satisfied face (I mean the father). And its official - baby Alyssa looks like the mother, so, my friend...try again, ok ;) Posted by Hello

It was a wonderful Sunday. Great family time together, and we also went to the Methodist Church right across my house this morning to "see see" the newly completed extension work. Bless the Lord for this wonderful day. Posted by Hello

In the end, John didn't win anything. He was really dissapointed. But we know God still loves him :) As for me, I am very proud of what he had drawn and colored under such "pressured" circumstance without any practices.  Posted by Hello

We were really surprised at the number of children bringing their own drawing tables and chairs! My wife almost convinced me to go and buy a set before the competition started! In the end, sitting on the floor will make do. John was really nervous for this outing. His small hands were trembling slightly. May be he should have done his "homework" yesterday. No trial run at all. Posted by Hello

John took part in the Kuching Heart Week representing his school this morning for an art competition orgainsed by the Lion's Club. Posted by Hello

Recently I bought a Star Wars EpIII, Revenge of the Sith, technical book for my son, he really enjoyed it. I remember the "best" gift my wife got me many years ago was "The Art of Star Wars". And my favourite PC game used to be "The X-Wing". Countless hours of unproductive time wasted ;) The Force is strong in my family. It will be a fun weekend bringing my family and my nephews to the movie. As C3-P0 said: "Here we go again..." Posted by Hello

Star Wars EpIII will be on in Kuching on May 18th!  Posted by Hello

And here's wishing my cousin Johnny & his fiance all the best, stay cool, and be cat-ful in all their future undertakings. Posted by Hello

And here's wishing cousin Peter & his wife all the best, stay cool, and be cat-free. Posted by Hello

Without cousin Philip's help, it wouldn't have been possible to bring such a big group around. Posted by Hello

Cat Museum is a must too, of course. Posted by Hello

The good old Kuching Museum is a must. Posted by Hello
