Shop-till-u-drop. U could only go as far as ur legs could carry u, or as far as ur wallet could sustain u. Either way, shopping is lots of fun in Bangkok.

For the convention, there were about 80 over heads. And I over slept and I was LATE for the 8am convention! It was a nightmare! But God redeemed my shame when I was voted as the best team leader in the manager-category in the afternoon "games" by the grace of God. Hallelujah!

Just got back from Bangkok from a sales convention. This is Wat Arun temple located by the Chao Phraya river. Buying or "rededicating" of buddhist amulets are common. A friend told me his amulet needed "rededication" coz he went to Tiger-show the previous nite without taking it off !!! Later on, I was also informed of some other acts that will "drive off" the gods of these amulets - such as: showering, going to toilet...etc. So I asked one of them: "Gee, u mean to tell me the toilet is more powerful than ur gods?" Thank God my Bible says my God shall never leave me nor forsake me!

Second & third round of helping. Goes to show the food should be good...;) Once more, we would like to give a big thanks to bro Nelson for organising this gathering, and for Pastor Kueh to help to dedicate the business, and for Pastor Cheng to lead the worship, and for all the brothers and sisters in Christ to come to pray for us - to make this nite such a wonderful nite. 

So happy to see Alma coming tonite too!  

We really want to give thanks first to our Almighty God for His blessings and favour. And we are so thankful for the "Chan Mei Zu" group, the Pastors & leaders of EBC, who have been such an encouragement to my family. We are so blessed. Hallelujah! 

Senior Pastor, Pastor David Kueh, dedicated the new business to the Lord. God has been so good and so faithful to my family. And I have no doubt He has wonderful plans for my father's business for His kingdom as bro Nelson pointed out.  

Praising the name of our Lord Jesus Christ has always been a "loud & joyous" occasion for our gathering.

Once more, Pastor Cheng led the worship.

We are so happy to see members from Good News Fellowship Church coming tonite. And we are so blessed that their pastor and leaders came to pray and worship together with us for this dedication.

Good food, good company, good fellowship.. 

Glad to see new faces for the "Chan Mei Zu" group. As bro Nelson pointed out, when the group first started out, it numbered 15. Now it numbered over 60+! Hallelujah! 

70 over guests came for the dedication! Praise the Lord! Hope everybody had their fill.

Tonite is the dedication nite for my father's new business to the Lord. We invited the "Chan Mei Zu" (Praise the Lord) group together with our Senior Pastor for the occasion. Here's "food sampling" prior to the coming of the guests. 

Cousin John here with my bro-in-law, How Jer. John just got back from Vancouver a couple of weeks back. 

And truly God has a very special heart for the young adults in my church. During the Good Friday service, 3 out of the 5 persons called out to come to the stage - were young adults! Also, I would like to thank sister Irene Chong who "inspired" me to show forth these few pix. She asked me to email her some pix and on the way home I was thinking - might as well put them on the blog! Thanks Irene!  

By the grace of God, the number of musical talents among the youth/ young adults is amazing in my church. We are so blessed.
