B4 I forgot, a word of thanks to my buddy TW who personally prepared the "famous" Taiwan instant beef noodle the night before I departed for China. He even brewed some fantastic coffee for me too. Where to find such a friend?
My sister Betty and my beautiful niece Bethany are back in town. Baby Beth has really huge appetite. Trust me ;)

Praise God for this trip. Without Him it won't be so enjoyable. God even used the rain to "make sure" we visited some wonderful tourist spots that weren't on the original list. And He brought all of us safely home too. Here's a typical "goodbye" shot at the airport with all the smiling faces.
Shopping is THE activity for any China trip. And what China offers is mind boggling - from dirty street vendors to ultra upscale ultra luxurious retailers to themed outlets.
The "Chinese Legend" show, here - a flower goddess, is too LasVegasish if u ask me.
Chinese acrobat is always sensational.
I really enjoyed the "Genghis Khan Story". Some really incredible fighthing stuns.
This trip to China, we enjoyed some awesome cultural shows.
Paris? Stonehenge? Thats the wonderful thing about Shenzen's "Windows of the World" where the most famous landmarks of the world are reconstructed inside the theme park.

A close-up view. Praise God.
Mother's Day art competition - Jane got 3rd prize!!!
Baby Bethany first time out dining... well, not exactly enjoying the experience, eh?
Last week my sis lamented to me how "stressful" it was to take care of baby Bethany... Only much later did I realise the complain was the result of after ONE full day of my sis taking care of Bethany (cuz the nanny has already left)!!! Aiyoyo!!!
Here's Pastor praying for all the mothers. Sister Emily gave a most unusal message today - weaving Godly values thru her personal experiences by lessons taught by her own mum in a most unsual background. Very very cool.
Breaking from the tradition of having small kids doing "thank you Mommy" routine during Mother's Day, today we got a mix of kid-to-adult performers doing the dance! Cool!
Once more, a BIG thank you to Alex & Ivy for the trip. U guys were so incredible, so hospitable, so often putting the needs of others above yours... THANK YOU!!!
Priase God for my favourite breakfast combo: 2 eggs + 1 toasted bun w kaya & butter + 1 delicious coffee. And the best part? It costs S$2.50 only.
Though we didn't have the time to visit the zoo, I praise God that the cab driver purposely detoured in order for us to take "a peak" at the zoo.
God is so good. He even managed to squeeze in "dinner time" for me with my buddy Jude! Thanks for the dinner, man! Excellent ribs.
One thing I really like about S'pore - the excellent public transport system. Here's purposely taking the subway to beat the rush hour jam.
A snapshot outside the Butterfly Park.
Jane with all the butterflies of the world.
With the extreme tight schedule, we did manage to squeeze in some time to do a bit of the tourist thing. Praise God! Here's John in the Sentosa's 'Butterfly Park & Insect Kingdom'.
Here's praying God's favour and blessing to be abundantly present in their marriage, and may both of them, Ivy & Alex, grow in the knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ. U guys are an awesome couple! Pilot & air-hostess, how much more romantic can it get?
Jane, the flower girl. She was looking forward to play this role so much - and here it is!
