Just got back from Bangkok from a sales convention. This is Wat Arun temple located by the Chao Phraya river. Buying or "rededicating" of buddhist amulets are common. A friend told me his amulet needed "rededication" coz he went to Tiger-show the previous nite without taking it off !!! Later on, I was also informed of some other acts that will "drive off" the gods of these amulets - such as: showering, going to toilet...etc. So I asked one of them: "Gee, u mean to tell me the toilet is more powerful than ur gods?" Thank God my Bible says my God shall never leave me nor forsake me!
