On the way home, I took a quick pix of this statue being erected at the park next to my house. Jane asked: "Dad, is that Moses with the tablets?"...My guess is, this is the famous Admiral Cheng from the Ming dynasty, the famous Chinese explorer. Should be interesting once the whole park is completed.
