Gospel Hardened or Gospel Ignorant?

For since in the wisdom of God the world through its wisdom did not come to know God, God was well-pleased through the foolishness of the message preached to save those who believe. For indeed Jews ask for signs and Greeks search for wisdom; but we preach Christ crucified, to Jews a stumbling block and to Gentiles foolishness, but to those who are the called, both Jews and Greeks, Christ the power of God and the wisdom of God
(1Co 1:21-24)

For anyone who has ever shared the Gospel with non-believers, isn't it "surprising" to notice that the reactions were usually either 1) laughed at cuz of perceived foolishness, or 2) scorned at with disgust?  I am talking about sharing with someone u know - a friend, a relative, a colleage - not a total stranger (who might be too polite to show any "true feelings".)

Yet, have u actually shared the Gospel with a Christian?! If not, try it sometimes.
